Responsibilities :

Administering overall Branch invoicing process, including ensuring completeness and accuracy of invoice supporting documents, preparing Sales invoice and invoice receipt, managing invoice delivery and entry into the system, expedition billing invoice monitoring, handling customer complaints regarding invoicing as well as invoicing reconciliation and adjustment.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance, GPA min.3.00 out of 4.00
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting function
  • Excellent skill in MS Office and related Accounting application
  • Professional working proficiency in English
