Job Description:
- Preparing supporting document for mechanic that is going to site.
- Ensuring Document and supporting tools such as inventory etc has been fulfilled, so the mechanic work can run smoothly.
- Reporting mechanic works into SAP system according to company’s procedure.
- Make offering according to company procedure for work outside warranty, or offering based on customer request, recommend mechanic and informed it to related customer.
- Ensuring Service Department Document is stored well and right.
Requirements:
- At least minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Experienced in Administration field.
- Mastering SAP R3 System.
- Capable to work individually as well as in team.
- Structured communication skill.
- Proactive and flexible to support different functions and capabilities as needed
- Willing to be placed at Cilegon Branch.
