Requirements :
- Fresh Graduate
- Min. S1 in any major with min. GPA 3.00
- Active in organization / have Internship experience is a MUST
- Passion for the fashion retail industry and a genuine interest in pursuing a leadership career in the sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen, target & customer oriented with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, selling strategy, coordinate a team and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in different locations as required by the rotational assignments.
- Willing to work on weekend / holidays
- Willing to be placed in any EIGER ADVENTURE STORE
