Asst. Manager Legal
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Advising on company’s daily activities related to its manufacturing business, including but not limited to licensing and other business transactions;
- handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters;
- regulatory monitoring, esp related to manufacture business, investment and etc;
- conducting research to relevant government authorities;
- day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to conducting legal researches, preparing and/or reviewing agreements, legal memorandums and various other legal documents.
Additional Information :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law or Civil Law
- Have min. 5 years working experience as Legal Spv or Asst. Manager
- Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
