PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia is an authorized distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Indonesia including Passenger Car (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV). Mitsubishi Motors have been presents in Indonesia since 1970. As of April 2017, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) restructured the business and diverted Mitsubishi Motors’s PC and LCV distribution business in Indonesia to PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI).

The restructurisation aims to focus more on each market segment, and to respond and contribute the demand quickly and flexibly. After Sales Area Coordinator

Requirements :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  • Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
  • Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).

Responsibilities :

  1. Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.
  2. Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.
  3. Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
  4. Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
  5. Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.
  6. Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.

Credit Control Staff

Requirements :

  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience in collecting
  • Good knowledge and skill in analyzing financial statements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiating skill
  • Strong numeracy skill and attention to detail
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)

Responsibilities :

  1. Controlling and monitoring dealers’ payments.
  2. Controlling dealers’ credit ceiling and collateral.
  3. Creating reports based on dealers’ financial statement analysis.
  4. Monitoring dealers’ outstanding AR and AP.
  5. Processing acceleration term of payments from dealers and payback interest to dealers.
  6. Maintaining a good relationship with both external and internal related parties.

Customer Satisfaction Analyst

Requirements :

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Familiar with using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc).
  • Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a general knowledge of the after-sales business will be a plus.
  • Experience in project management & conduct PDCA.

Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct analysis in order to generate improvement ideas for After Sales customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage the improvement project implementation.
  3. Conduct PDCA in CS project improvement.
  4. Initiate activities to improve dealers’ services in order to increase customer satisfaction.
  5. Set up a sustainability plan to ensure the targeted achievement of the customer satisfaction index.
  6. Coordinate with related parties, both internal and external.

CX Strategy Planning

Requirements :

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  • Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus.
  • Good sense of business will be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical thinking skill and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities :

  1. Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system.
  2. Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis.
  3. Create data visualization to support decision-making.
  4. Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy.
  5. Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support.
  6. Generate regular or adhoc reports.
  7. Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc.
  8. Work closely with related parties to enhance CX system and data analysis.

Financial Planning Anaysis

Requirements :

  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with financial statement analysis and reporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical thinking skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Big data analysis
  • Familiar with using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)

Responsibilities :

  1. Providing analysis of financial performance.
  2. Conducting analysis to provide insight that supports strategic decision-making.
  3. Generating analysis reports and providing improvement ideas.
  4. Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.
  5. Creating and maintaining SAP master data.

Human Resources Development

Requirements :

  • Good command in English (verbal & written).
  • General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).
  • Good analytical & logical thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.
  • Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).
  • Able to driving a car will be a plus.

Responsibilities :

  1. Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).
  2. Maintain candidate database.
  3. Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).
  4. Maintain employees’ training database.
  5. Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.
  6. Manage internship program.
  7. Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
  8. Perform any other adhoc activities as required.

IT Operation

Requirements :

  • Familiar in using Microsoft 365 and its set up or functionality
  • Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using Ms. Excel (pivot & macro), Ms. Access (macro)
  • Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using dashboard software (such as Power BI)
  • Had a general knowledge of IT security (theory, implementation, device) will be beneficial
  • Familiar with mobile device set up & troubleshooting will be beneficial

Responsibilities :

  1. Monitor and review IT facility request
  2. Coordinate with related parties for IT facility procurement
  3. Prepare, maintain, and monitor departmental budget & payment process to vendor
  4. Review access right for users
  5. Set up user’s mobile device (iOS/Android)
  6. Maintain IT database
  7. Generate scheduled and or ad hoc reports

Junior Trainer

Requirements :

  • Good command of English (verbal and written). 
  • Proven experience as a trainer will be a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Proven experience on public speaking and presentation skill.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc) and Ms. PowerPoint.
  • Familiar in using Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effect will be beneficial.
  • Had a general knowledge of Mitsubishi products will be a plus.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage preparation, implementation, & post-training activities and administrative task needed.
  2. Deliver salesmanship and product knowledge training.
  3. Supervise and work closely with Mitsubishi Dealer Trainer.

Product Marketing Planning

Product Quality Inspection

Requirements :

  • Proven experience or involvement in conducting vendor audit activity.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and or procurement activity.

  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc).
  • Familiar in using SAP.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity.

Responsibilities

  1. Vendor management and audit process (framework, system, and criteria).
  2. Vendor performance evaluation (quality, cost, delivery, and service).
  3. Handling external communication related to product quality inspection (manufacturing company, supplier, or vendor).
  4. Conduct quality control at pre-delivery inspection lane.

Technical Service

Requirements :

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General knowledge of After Sales Business.
  • Proven experience in Technical Analysis.
  • Experience in automotive troubleshooting.
  • Experience of analysis warranty.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.
  • Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
  2. As the main PIC for assisting dealers to solve vehicle troubles shooting.
  3. Responsible to handle customer complaints for after-sales activities.
  4. Responsible for Product Quality Process (monitoring – reporting).
  5. Responsible to handle part storage.
  6. Coordinate with related departments, dealers, and other parties.
  7. Conduct study & analysis of the frequent technical problems.
  8. Support New Product Development Project.
