Job Description :
- Manage and maintain the company’s online store on the e-commerce platform, including store configuration, page design, product display and content updates.
- Analyze e-commerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations strategies.
- Responsible for product listing, price adjustment, inventory management and sales Data Analysis to achieve the best product display and sales performance.
- Develop and execute e-commerce promotional plans, including formulating promotional strategies, participating in event collaborations, and managing advertising to increase brand exposure and sales.
- Tracks the order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with logistics providers to provide superior Client Server and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Min. 1 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (Such as Shopee, Tiktokshop, Tokopedia, Alibaba, etc).
- Proven experince in e-commerce or online sales
- Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
- Experience in the E-Commerce and FMCG industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
- Passion for ecommerce and a strong customer-centric mindset
