PT Sasa Inti (SASA) adalah perusahaan makanan dari Indonesia yang didirikan oleh Rodamas pada tahun 1968. PT Sasa Inti memimpin kategori dengan menciptakan berbagai inovasi produk melalui brand Sasa, mulai dari Monosodium Glutamat (MSG), tepung bumbu, santan, bumbu instan, dan kaldu penyedap.

Pada tahun 1973 PT Sasa Inti mendirikan pabrik yang berlokasi di Gending Probolinggo, diatas tanah seluas 11,3 hektar. Pabrik ini menggunakan teknologi fermentasi asam glutamat yang dibeli dari Ve Wong Taiwan. Pabrik ini menghasilkan MSG, Asam Glutamat (Dry Glutamic Acid / Dry GA) dan pupuk cair (Liquid Fertilizer / LF). Proses produksi secara keseluruhan sejak pabrik beroperasi pada tahun 1974 sampai saat ini ditangani oleh putra-putri Indonesia. Sasa merupakan perusahaan MSG pertama di Indonesia yang bertumbuh kembang dan bisa memimpin pasar untuk pasar lokal MSG.

PT Sasa Inti adalah salah satu bisnis unit Rodamas Grup yang bergerak dalam industri makanan. Berdiri dari bulan November tahun 1994, dengan luas 34.000 m2, dengan jumlah tenaga kerja lebih kurang 500 orang. Pabrik ini menghasilkan bumbu masak (Dry Product) dan saos sambal (Wet Product). Sasa selalu menjamin standard kualitas dan keamanan pangan, PT SASA INTI telah mendapatkan Sertifikat ISO22000 dan Sertifikat Sistem Jaminan Halal dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI)

Key Account Manager

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University with GPA > 3.0 of 4.0
  • Any major with an excellent record is welcome
  • Minimum 1 year (s) of working experience in Modern Trade from an FMCG company
  • Excellent interpersonal, selling skills, communication & negotiation skills
  • Target oriented & good in relationship maintenance with PIC Account
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
  • Having a positive attitude of Courage, Action-oriented, Respectful and Enthusiasm

Job Description :

  1. Monitoring sales activities to ensure program implementation goes according to plan
  2. Creating a sales plan and its implementation for sales support programs
  3. Creating promotional program plan, along with implementation and evaluation, to support sales
  4. Creating daily and monthly reports related to sales (according to SOP)
  5. Implementing and monitoring promotional programs along with the installation of promotional materials to match the promotional program
EHS Manager

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or K3 from a reputable university with GPA > 3 of 4.
  • Having General AK3 and SMK3 Auditor Certification from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration (having another certificate related to the EHS field is preferred)
  • Familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, SMK3, and FSSC
  • Mastering English actively
  • Having at least 3 (three) years of relevant experience in EHS
  • Having good leadership skills, communication skill, and good personality
  • Having a positive attitude, courage, action-oriented, respectful and enthusiasm
Engineering Project Manager

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder or higher in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Having at least 7 (seven) years of relevant experience
  • Should be knowledgeable in building structure and design, utilities, wastewater design, electrical design, plumbing and mechanical design, project management skills and functionality, production machinery, PLC Programming, and Controls.

Qualification :

Qualification :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG food company.

Job Description :

  1. Managing, monitoring, and supervising all work activities and production processes in the production plant section
  2. Implementing the production plan into a work schedule and using the workforce
  3. Monitoring all requests for raw materials, packaging materials, or other supporting materials to smooth the production process.
  4. Monitoring, checking and supervising all operations and work activities either before, during, or after the production process.
  5. Monitoring the implementation of GMP’s, HCCP programs, cleaning, and sanitation procedures in the dry plant production section.
  6. Directing, developing, and maintaining good cooperation among dry plant production employees
  7. Conducting a study on the production process and workforce usage to increase production efficiency.
  8. Reporting to the Production Dept. Head
