1. Management Trainee Parts Department Head (MT PDH)
Job Description
- Manage and increase sales of spare parts and inventory to achieve targeted results
- Ensuring the availability of parts to support customer operational needs
- Prepare and maintain parts demand planning including analysis, evaluation, recommendation, maintenance, and improvements to parts inventory levels through various distribution channel
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years experience in engineer or any related field
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant major
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Strong teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
2. Management Trainee Corporate Finance & Accounting
Job Description
- Collect company funds in terms of investment and debt
- Manage short-term finances
- Analyze potential funds
- Regulate the distribution of profits obtained
- Make financial reports
- Compile necessary data and analyze it against company revenue
- Conduct interpretation of financial results
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economy or other relevant major
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
