Unit Head Human Capital

Job Description:

  1. Designing, developing, and implementing HR programs to align the strategic people plan with the organization’s objectives.
  2. Influencing the growth of the business from the HR’s perspective.
  3. Developing and improving an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes for all levels of hiring.
  4. Designing and developing organizational development solutions to identify the people’s capabilities.
  5. Championing and driving the culture initiatives to ensure a strong culture is embedded in the organization.
  6. Improving and reviewing compensation package to be competitive and align with the regulation.
  7. Managing payroll process, and compensation structure, and partnering with businesses to help them understand the policies and procedures that are HR-related (salary review, promotion, etc).
  8. Developing the best HR Operation practices to ensure local compliance and business needs are achieved.
  9. Creating and implementing Talent Mapping in order to create a pool of identified talent in a timely manner.
  10. Improving and implementing Succession Planning program (i.e. prepare material, conduct socialization, facilitate session to identify a successor for Section Manager level, identify readiness level, register risk of loss and impact of loss) to ensure the achievement of succession plan targets.
  11. Support data for budget formulation in Human Capital, and record budget realization to generate reasonable, clear, and accurate budget realization.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years working experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally a multi-national brand with at least 5 years of experience in managerial level
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, master degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition sector.
  • Proven ability to creating and implementing Performance Management & Talent Management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations and proven experience in managing HR teams.
  • Strong business-facing skills, including the ability to push back whenever necessary.
  • Ability to design and implement HR initiatives to set and drive measurable business results.
  • Comfortable working with data, and in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Superb ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication in both Bahasa and English

Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

  1. Setting up and implementing an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes for all levels of hiring.
  2. Participating and identifying the needs of the recruitment from each department
  3. Identifying the best channels for the selection process and ensuring that the processes will create an excellent employee experience.
  4. Creating and implementing a best possible system to make the recruitment & selection process in running smoothly
  5. Analyzing Yearly Manpower Planning (MPP) and consolidate it with user
  6. Planning Yearly Medical Check-up (MCU) and coordinate with Affiliate Hospital
  7. Doing end to end recruitment process, from sourcing candidate to administrative task after the employee join the company
  8. Particapating in regular Audit regarding the quality of employees (MCU and competency)
  9. Making sure the probation and renewal contract is running smoothly
  10. Creating yearly budget related to the recruitment process and Yearly MCU

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years working experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably in F&B Industry), with at least 3 years of experience in supervisory level
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, master degree is a plus
  • Deep understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition sector, preferably with experience in Headhunting
  • Proven ability in mass recruitment
  • Good analytical, reporting, communication, and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication in both Bahasa and English
  • Comfortable working with data, and in an agile and fast-paced environment.
